Weeknight dinners can feel crazy, especially when you’re feeding a lot of kids with busy schedules. I’m always looking for meals that are easy to get on the table, budget-friendly, and something everyone will actually eat!

Chicken has become my go-to for exactly that reason. Over the past year, I kept track of every dinner I made, and I’m sharing all 70 of the chicken dinners here.
