Winner of the week:

Vietnamese-Inspired Chicken and Rice Noodles This was my first time making this dish and we loved it. I marinated the chicken in the morning and threw it on the grill when we were ready to eat. We’re big fans of rice noodles, but this would be just as good served over rice.
