I love cozy dinners like this during the winter, and this one did not disappoint. It was my first time making this recipe, and it was delicious. Anytime I make an Ina recipe, I’m always impressed. They are always flavorful, comforting, and use minimal ingredients. We originally planned to serve this over egg noodles, but since I didn’t have any on hand, we used spaghetti instead. It was kind’ve random, but everyone enjoyed it.
