Anniversary Dinner
My husband made dinner for our 15th wedding anniversary, and it was such a treat to have the night off from cooking. He went all out with filet mignon, lobster tails, shrimp cocktail, seared scallops, a baked potato bar, and roasted asparagus. Everything came out so good, and I was more than happy to stay on the couch while he cooked. I did help with the lobster tails, but otherwise I fully embraced the night off.
