Smash Burgers
This is usually a summer meal for us, but my kids kept begging for smash burgers. I normally make them on the outdoor griddle for easy cleanup, but this time I used a stovetop griddle — and honestly, it made cooking a large batch so much faster. There’s a restaurant in our neighborhood that does smash burgers, so my kids love this style. I like to set out all the toppings so everyone can customize their own: lettuce, tomatoes, onions, pickles, and burger sauce. We had homemade oven fries on the side — so much healthier than the frozen kind and couldn’t be easier.
