This weeks plan is built around kid favorites, cozy comfort food, and low-cleanup dinners for a busy winter week. We’re trying 4 new recipes this week, which always feels fun and a little motivating. I’ve also been making a point to try a new soup every week, and it’s been such a hit—especially with how cold it’s been. The kids have been asking nonstop for smash burgers, so those made the list too.

Even though it’s absolutely freezing, we’re still grilling because it’s honestly just easier—and I love not ending the night with a sink full of dishes. We’re also heading into the city to see Shane Gillis, so I planned one quick, low-cleanup dinner I can feed the kids before we head out
