My Anniversary Dinner
I cannot believe I have been married for 15 years!
My husband and I celebrated our 15-year wedding anniversary last week, and he decided to make a full surf-and-turf dinner. I spent the day shopping with my mom and sister while he handled the grocery run and cooked everything himself — a true gift. He’s a great cook, so I knew dinner was in good hands. This is actually one of his go-to menus when he’s on dinner duty, and it never disappoints.

My husband and a few of my kids are obsessed with shrimp cocktail. He even made homemade cocktail sauce, which makes such a difference.
So simple, but absolutely delicious.
This is definitely our family’s favorite cut of steak. It’s expensive, so we don’t have it often, but it’s perfect for a special occasion.
All of my kids love lobster. They’re a little annoying to prep, but so worth it.
Baked Potato Bar
My husband baked the potatoes at 375°F, then sliced them open, added butter, and set out toppings — cheddar cheese, bacon, sour cream, and green onions. So easy, delicious, and kid-friendly.
Such a low-effort side dish, but healthy and delicious. All of my kids love asparagus, so it’s one of our go-to sides.
