Vacation Meal Ideas
We love going out to eat on vacation, but with 9 of us, it gets expensive! So instead, we try to cook most of our meals and save the restaurants for a few special nights. Here’s a big list of our favorite go-to vacation meals + and yours — things we can prep ahead, throw on the grill, or whip up quickly. Thanks to everyone who wrote in their favorite vacation meals!
Dinners
• Spaghetti + garlic bread + salad
• Fajita nachos
• Tacos / Taco bar / Walking tacos
• Pulled pork (sliders, tacos, nachos)
• Air fryer fajitas
• Asian salmon bowls
• Crispy chicken salad

• Hamburgers & hotdogs (grill night)

• Rotisserie chicken enchiladas

We try to keep breakfasts easy but hearty enough to keep us full until lunch:
