Weekly menu
here’s everything you need to make these five dinners this week!
Hi everyone! So happy that you are here. Everyone always asks how I stay so organized with my cooking and the answer is simple: meal planning. I used to go to the grocery store and throw a bunch of stuff in my cart and hope for the best. In doing this I found that I was wasting food and not having the right ingredients to execute a recipe. Once I started meal planning and shopping accordingly, I found my dinners were better and I didn’t dread dinner time because I knew exactly what I was making. I want to post my weekly menu with a shopping list every Friday. Most moms I know do their grocery shopping and meal planning over the weekend so I think this day would work out best for everyone! Let me know in the comments if this day works best for you!

I have never made this but I’m excited to try it out! I love recreating takeout meals for my family at home!
My kids love a pasta dish and I find that they are quick and easy to make during the week. This one has meat and veggies in it so no need to make anything extra with it. Makes weeknight cooking so easy!
We love tacos around here in any form. I like to find different recipes to switch things up from time to time. I’m so excited to try this green sauce!
My kids love sloppy joe night! This is one of the most kid friendly dinners you can make. I usually serve these with homemade fries but if you are looking to make it easier you could totally serve these with a bag of frozen french fries or chips!
I love a one pot braised chicken dish! Chicken thighs are always cheaper than breasts and so much more flavorful than breasts. I love that everything is cooked in one dish making cleanup so much easier!!!

I'm excited that I found you on IG and a comment mentioned your Substack. I'm starting your meal plans next week! Thanks for sharing these.
I get nervous about cooking chicken thighs. Any tips?
