Hi everyone! Welcome back to week 4 of weekly meal plan. This week’s menu is all about simple dinners with minimal ingredients. Mondays dinner is Larb Bowls and they are such a staple here. Easy to prepare and the kids love it. I love any recipe from the NYTcooking app. They are always delicious and easy and only a few ingredients. I put a few NYT recipes for this weeks and also a few from Jessica Seinfeld. She does a lot of easy recipes with fresh ingredients. As always, leave any suggestions or questions in the comments.
